Genesis Events, Inc.
Provides an hour complimentary consultation for all event planning services. The client has the choice of selecting custom packages or al la carte services based on their needs. While Genesis Events, Inc. offers and recommends custom packaging, they also give the client the option to select a per hour rate. Custom packages are designed to meet the needs of each client and all packages and per hour rates are confidential. Pricing is based on hours estimated for research, creative decor design, planning, coordination, consultation, on-site visits, vendor selections, proofing of vendor contracts, administrative services (ex: excel spreadsheets, floor plans, communicating via phone, texts, emails, etc.), mileage expenses and travel time, lodging and travel expenses for destination events, and all other miscellaneous expenses incurred while creating and planning the event. Our goal is to help you achieve an unique experience in a way that meets your expectations and keeps you within your financial commitment.
We offer a team experienced in the various areas of special events, established relationships with vendors and personnel staff within the industry and the professional presence the entire event from start to finish
(day of event).
