Here's a few daily habits to relieve event stress.
As Event Profs we all experience some form or level of stress. Rather it's day to day stress from prepping and planning or a multitude of entities derived from the hustle and flow of the event. Regardless, we all experience it. I try and do most of them daily and as often as I possibly can. By all means they definitely work in allowing me to keep my sanity!! Try them when you find yourself having a meltdown or can no longer function due to too many stressful hours of work.
